Ronel Pienaar

Ronel is the CEO and founding member of Skills Factory. Her consulting experience covers 12 years in different environments. She has worked extensively with leadership of national, provincial and local governments, private sector, international donors and Institutions of Higher Education in Southern Africa.

Prior to her work with Skills Factory, she was involved in health services management in the Eastern Cape.

Ronel has been active in the field of employee wellness and HIV and AIDS workplace programmes with vast experience in hands-on management, leading and facilitating teams.

Jean-Marie Gittens

Jean-Marie joined Skills Factory in October 2005 as a Marketing Consultant.

Nomvuyo Gali

Nomvuyo is the Training Co-ordinator and Skills Development
Facilitator for Skills Factory.

Annette Vermeulen

Annette has been involved with Skills Factory as facilitator and
training material developer since 1999.
